Heston Blumenthal’s new restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental in London, named ‘Dinner‘, has just opened to critical acclaim. As you would expect at a restaurant whose chef has formerly held the ‘San Pellegrino Best Restaurant in the World’ title for his first restaurant, The Fat Duck, reservations are pretty hard to come by.
